I was never that good at running. I enjoyed it, but just not that graceful. I watch those gifted Olympians with awe and amazement as they seem to effortlessly glide like the wind through their paces. Some of the races are sprints and some are longer in distance. Oh I know that they have trained and assiduously disciplined themselves probably all of their lives for their sport, but they still make it look so easy.

Well, we are now in the 6th and going into the 7th year of business here at Savannah's Treasures. I actually thought this might be more of a sprint. But thanks to my wonderful customers, we are now running a much longer course. And I could not be more blessed to have each of you patronize my company.

And as long as the Father in heaven keeps waving me around the track for yet another lap, I pray that I am running the race with patience, endurance, character, and integrity. The race is not always to the swift (Eccl. 9:11) so let us lay aside every weight and encumbrance and run with patience the race set before us.
